I hope you’re doing well. The World is filled with fears and troubles with the pandemic and It’s easy to lose your faith and hope in this hour. But I want to encourage you to stay strong and stand in faith by the word of God.

Why are people going through different kinds of dryness in their lives?
The main focus of this message is to give you the fundamentals of faith in God.
God can open rivers in desolated places because He is God. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. So don’t be discouraged or disappointed by allowing negative thoughts in your mind. God is faithful towards his children.
When the famine came in the land of Egypt, God gave an alternative plan to Joseph to save the people including his own household. Pharaoh had no idea about how to survive in the famine. But God gave wisdom to Joseph concerning the famine and told him what approach he should take. He received a plan from God and told Pharaoh this. Pharaoh was impressed with Joseph’s idea, and he appointed Joseph to establish the plan. He gave authority and power to Joseph to do the job.
Before the famine had started, Joseph had stored enough food for all the citizens of that country. He collected one fifth of grain for storage from the seven good years. The purpose of God doing this was not to feed the Egyptians, instead He wanted to feed Joseph and his own household. You should know that you’re a Joseph.
Psalms 23 verse 5 says
“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.”
Psalms 23:5
Who’s your enemy? They are the people who can’t understand you or are not happy with your vision.
When the famine came, Joseph started to sell the grain and brought profit to Pharaoh. Joseph became more famous throughout the land because God’s favour was upon him. Joseph moved according to God’s plans. If you move with your own ideas, it can cause stress, worries and frustration. But if you move with God’s plan, you can achieve success and victory.
Joseph was in the driest place before, but God’s favour allowed him to sit with Pharaoh. Your situation may be like Joseph’s old state. You may want to move forward but can’t or want to come out from certain personal problems or bad relationships; But the chains are everywhere. You may have lost your joy and happiness in your life.
Dear Friend, don’t worry about your present situation. You must remember how God lifted Joseph from the prison to the palace. The same God is your Lord, and He is going to lift you from your darkest place to the palace. God knows everything that is happening in your life. Don’t worry, you are not alone and don’t accept the enemy’s voice.
Deuteronomy 31 verse 6 states:
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.’”

God used Joseph to feed his own family including his father, mother and brothers and their children. Joseph never kept any bitterness or revenge against his own brothers. He knew in his spirit that the good things were on its way. He provided enough food and shelter to his family, and he became a man of integrity and honour among his family.
You may be discouraged now because of the certain decisions you had taken in your life a few years ago, but there’s a purpose behind every decision you have taken. People may not realise what is going on in your life and may reject you and accuse you. But the end of your story is going to be like Joseph’s.
God is going to release some honour in your life. Your name is going to be famous among your family because the favour of God is upon you.
Don’t constantly think about your past failures and don’t even dwell or meditate about it. The enemy can put snap shots about your past mistakes in your mind. You must resist such thoughts and it will flee from you. You are precious in God’s hands and you’re not an invaluable person in front of Him. You are so precious to Him that He gave His only son Jesus Christ to die for you.
I pray that goodness and mercy shall follow you throughout your life. God will fill you with favour, joy, and happiness.
